One corporate culture for Allegiance
Challenge
A global leader in animal nutrition recognised the need to develop a single corporate culture for their Benelux operation to successfully execute their strategy. With offices around the world, the company faced challenges due to the rapidly changing market due to factors such as climate change, population growth and technological advances in agriculture. Elemental was engaged to map the current and target situation of the One Company organisation using the Thrive by Design framework.

A core team consisting of employees from both NL & BEL offices interviewed employees from all levels of the organisation to determine the current and desired target situation. Elemental then helped define six strategic themes that would enable and further strengthen a One Company culture. Each theme was assigned a focus team that had a mandate from the management team to develop and test an initiative in line with the strategic theme, ultimately strengthening the One Company culture.
Result
The project resulted in several successful initiatives that were aligned with the company's strategic ambitions and validated across the organisation so that they had an immediate impact once launched. The initiatives reinforced the One Company culture and helped the organisation execute its strategy and navigate the rapidly changing market.
