Circular business model for Reukema
Challenge
Reukema used to be a scrap dealer. But when they considered all the movements in the global scrap metal market, they decided to do things differently. After collaborating with TU Delft and finding a radical new solution to improve the circularity of recycled metals, they had to change their strategy.
