Five steps to a supported and consolidated  annual plan

In 5 steps, you work towards a consolidated annual plan, translated at departmental and/or team level. Depending on the needs within your organisation, we determine together which steps are desirable, and which framework (think OKR, OGSM or tailor-made for your organisation) fits best.

1-day session: reflection (and possible adaptation) on multi-year strategy to set strategic goals, in chosen framework, which can be translated to departments and teams in the next step.

1-day session: training session for department/team managers aimed at creating a shared understanding about the chosen framework.

Result

  • Department/team managers are trained in the basics of the framework
  • Every manager has an initial outline of departmental goals, aligned with the organisation's strategic goals

Session of 2-4 hours: with managers and teams to work out the goals.

Result

  • Each department has a fully developed set of goals
  • Goals serve as direction for further implementation to the teams

(Online) 2-hour sessions: teams work on their team goals, tailored to department and organisation.

  • Teams have a clear set of goals, aligned with those of the department
  • Teams understand how their daily work contributes to wider organisational objectives

Half-day session: a 'marketplace' session where managers present their goals and get feedback from peers, offering insight into overlaps and collaborations.
